MC424L is an electronic control unit for the automation of swing gates.
MC424L is able to control WINGO, TOONA, SFAB type electromechanical actuators at 24 V. It has a system that checks the effort of the motors connected to it (ammeter). This system makes it possible to automatically detect the limit switches, memorize the working time of each individual motor and recognize any obstacles during normal movement. These features considerably simplify installation as no adjustment of the working times and of the leaf offset is necessary. The control unit is pre-programmed on the functions normally required and integrates a radio receiver for remote controls. Eventually, through a simple procedure, more specific functions can be selected (see the “PROGRAMMING” chapter).
MC424L is equipped with an SM type connector for plug-in radio receivers (see the paragraph “Connection of an SM type radio receiver“) and with an IBT4N type connector which, via the IBT4N interface, allows you to connect BusT4 devices such as the Oview programming unit. The control unit is designed to be powered by PS124 buffer batteries which, in the event of a power failure, act as an emergency power supply (see the paragraph “Connecting the PS124 buffer battery“). MC424L is also set up to be connected to the “Solemyo” solar energy power system (see the paragraph “Connecting the Solemyo system“). The product can only be used with gearmotors WG2024, WG3524, WG4024, WG5024, TOO3024, TOO4524, XME2024 and in compliance with the corresponding limits of use.
