Cable compliant with the requirements of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR UE 305/11), with the aim of limiting the production and spread of fire and smoke. Halogen-free single core cable suitable for connecting the various elements of photovoltaic and solar systems.
The H1Z2Z2-K cable, marketed by V-TAC, has excellent resistance to UV rays and even extreme atmospheric conditions for solar panel systems. The functioning of the cable is estimated at around 25 years (EN 50618) and the period envisaged for its use at a maximum conductor temperature of 120°C and at a maximum ambient temperature of 90°C is limited to 20,000 hours.
Ideal for indoor or outdoor installations, without protection or inside visible or recessed pipes. Suitable for applications not falling within the scope of the CPR regulation and for installations inside a closed environment, with the exception of cases with specific risks of fire ignition/spreading where the use of cables with superior fire reaction performance is recommended ( at least Cca-s3,d1,a3). Direct or indirect underground installation is permitted.
